Yucca Publishing Submission Guidelines
We are delighted about your interest in Yucca Publishing, an imprint of Skyhorse Publishing. We welcome submissions in the following categories:
Fiction
All genres
Non-Fiction
Biography, Business, Current Affairs,
History, Health & Wellness, Travel,
Science & Nature
Poetry
Young Adult
We advise you to familiarize yourself with our published works, as this will provide you with a clearer understanding of the types of books we seek.
Your Proposal
Your submission should include:
- A brief cover letter.
- A synopsis of one to two pages.
- A detailed chapter outline.
- A market analysis, including any competing books.
- One or two sample chapters.
- Your curriculum vitae (bio), including a list of all previous publishing credits.
Please, ensure that your work is polished and as close to final form as possible. If we find the initial submission promising, we may request more content. However, we discourage the submission of unfinished work.

Due to the high volume of submissions, we ask for your patience during this process. If your proposal interests us, we aim to respond within 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a response to all submissions.
